Hi I'm Lisa, a Holistic Therapist, Beauty Therapist, and Yoga Teacher from Dublin. I've spent the last 14 years in Australia and Canada, and in 2022 I changed direction and moved to Lancashire to be closer to family here and in Ireland.
I'm also an animal lover, hugger, dreamer, visualiser, meditator, a counselling student, and a bereavement support volunteer; but mostly, I'm highly sensitive empathic soul who's determined to love life, even when it feels unrequited!

What I do, and what it can do for you?

I offer one-to-one Holistic treatments, all kinds of Yoga classes, and various Workshops. During a treatment or class I combine all of my skills and knowledge to offer a truly holistic experience.
Holistic comes from the Greek word 'Holos' meaning whole/entire - that's what you are, a whole entire complete being, and as a holistic practitioner I treat you as such. You are made up of body, mind, soul, and energy, and they all affect each other. In day to day life, the connection between them can become fuzzy and the energy can get way out of whack! The treatments, classes, and workshops I offer aim to bring you back into balance, to reconnect you with yourself - your energy, your mind, your body, and your soul.
Maybe it's been a while since you were still for long enough to notice how your body feels, relaxed enough to let your mind drift off while still remaining in the present, it might even be a while since you noticed your breath or felt like you could take a breath!
Whether it's Reiki, Reflexology, or a Massage, your treatment aims to be deeply relaxing and restorative: the ultimate nap! And, whether you're a fully fledged Yogi looking for a slower pace, or a complete beginner who feels like they can barely move, your unique Holistic Yoga class aims to lead you to your breath, to the present moment, to your life.
When you're dealing with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, big life changes, an overactive mind, or life's usual every day stresses and strains, they all affect every part of your being. And I'm here to support you in whatever you need on that particular day; so that you can let go a little, relax into stillness, connection and your breath.
I love looking after people, so if your body is trying to get your attention through aches, pains and injuries, if you're going through emotional stress, anxiety, or changes in your life, if your mind needs a time-out, if you feel like you can't catch your breath, or if you're just looking for new ways to take care of yourself, then I'm glad we found each other. ☺
