Beginner Friendly!
This unique 6 week Holistic Yoga series will be slow paced and gentle. No experience or flexibility required!
You'll be given options to modify poses to suit your ability and to suit how your body is feeling on the day.
Classes may include some optional massage techniques to improve relaxation, aromatherapy oils to invigorate the senses, and breathing practices to mindfully be in the present moment.
Whether you're an experienced yogi looking for a slower, more holistic class, or a complete beginner who's curious about this ancient stress reducing practice - all are welcome to attend!

then come join our class! Experience relaxation, gentle movement, and gain some tools to take off the mat and out into everyday life.
Further learning material will be provided in case you wish to practice during the week in between classes!
All props except mats will be provided - please bring your own mat!

It's not your average yoga class...
While the sequences you're learning and building on each week will be classic Hatha Yoga, you will also get to experience other styles as we bring in elements of Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
Combining my yoga teaching, trauma sensitive training, and holistic therapist experience, this unique 6 week Holistic Yoga series will also include Meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), optional hands-on assists and aromatherapy; as is the case in all of my classes - there's no instruction, only invitation and teaching, this is your practice, so everything is optional!
It's beginner friendly!
This holistic yoga series is perfect for complete beginners or for anyone who considers themselves 'inflexible' - no flexibility is required to do this 6 week class; if you can breathe you can do Yoga, and if you feel like you can't take a breath, come anyway 'cos we'll be working on that!
​Likewise, if you're an experienced Yogi looking for a slower, mindful, holistic practice, let your breath lead you to presence and back to a beginner's mind, there's always something new to learn or experience.

Please bring a mat!
All blankets, blocks, and straps are provided, if you have your own and want to bring them feel free, but props will be available for use, except for mats, you must bring your own mat.
Pre-registration is required, no drop-ins allowed for this 6 week series.
​It's a small group - spaces are limited to allow for individual attention.
