60 minute Hatha classes are now online and open to anyone, anywhere in the world. 😊
Classes are via Zoom:
  • Beginners Welcome!
  • You don’t need to sign-up or register with Zoom to do the class.
  • You can use any device that can access the internet: phone, tablet, computer, smart tv etc.
  • You don’t need any fancy equipment: no camera or microphone required.
  • You are welcome to keep your camera and microphone turned off if you wish.
  • You don’t need a lot of space, just enough room to roll out a mat or look out for a chair class if you'd prefer that!
  • You have more “props” around the house than you might think!.... a dog leash or long scarf works great as a strap, throw cushions easily replace blocks, and pillows work well as bolsters!
All classes require pre-payment of $7 CAD per regular 75-minute class* you can choose to pay as you go or pay in advance by entering the number of classes you wish to attend:
  • Hit the button below if you wish to pay with credit card.
  • If Interac e-Transfer works better for you send it to lisa@anamcharaholistic.ca no password required (e-transfer is only available from Canadian accounts).
  • Please put your name and contact details in the message field.
  • You will receive the link to access the class via email, after payment has been processed.
  • If you cannot attend the live class let me know and I'll send you a link to the recording.
*workshops or specialized class series rates will be different to regular class rates.
