Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the theory that the whole body is mapped out on the feet and hands. I practice a Western style of treatment, which means the pressure applied is gentle and always within your comfort zone. I don't use any tools, just my hands, to stimulate points on the feet which correspond to organs, systems and structures within the entire body. This is a deeply relaxing and balancing treatment and it doesn't hurt or tickle, I promise!
